Frequently Asked Questions

How do I verify a certificate?

How do I verify a certificate?

Search by certificate number, domain or company name. Open the matching record and check its domain list and current status.

Does a main domain include every subdomain?

No. Alternative domains and subdomains must be added explicitly. www is treated as the equivalent of the recorded domain.

Why is a seal not appearing?

The domain may be unregistered, the record may be inactive, or your site’s content security policy may block the script, connection or image. Check the integration guide.

Does sending an application issue a certificate?

No. It creates an application for review.

Can I update company or domain information?

Contact the IGCA team with your certificate reference and requested correction.

Why is there no public list of certificate holders?

Verification is performed for a specific website or exact certificate reference. The portal does not show an unfiltered directory or previous visitors’ searches. Enter the complete domain rather than a partial company name to request a matching record.

Does a matching record guarantee a payment or game outcome?

No. A registry record identifies the operator and websites recorded under that reference. It does not guarantee a player’s transactions, future performance or a particular game result. Payment and account matters should be raised with the operator through its support process.

What if the seal and record do not match?

Do not rely on the image alone. Open the verification destination, compare the exact domain and review the current status. Report discrepancies with the website address and certificate reference. A request to correct a record is reviewed and does not change status automatically.
