IGCA provides a structured point of reference for certificate information, operating-company details and the websites associated with an individual record. Our public services are designed to help visitors examine a specific website rather than rely on a badge or an unsupported statement.
Our institutional approach
Clear identification, consistent documentation and accessible communication form the basis of our approach. A record should explain which company is named, which domain is covered, what certificate reference applies and what status is currently recorded. These elements should be read together.
Information with a defined scope
A certificate verification page presents the information held in the IGCA registry at the time it is accessed. It is not a substitute for reviewing an operator's own terms, payment arrangements or the requirements applicable to its activities. Supporting assessment material, where available, is handled separately from the public record.
Services for operators and visitors
- Website and certificate-reference verification.
- Company and domain information associated with an individual record.
- Remote seal integration for explicitly registered websites.
- Application, record-correction and general inquiry channels.
Accountable communication
Questions about a record should include the exact website address and, when known, the certificate reference. This allows the team to identify the relevant entry, assess the request and communicate through the contact details provided. Applications and inquiries are reviewed by the team; submission alone does not create or activate a certificate.
