Questions about an assessment, test scope or supporting report should be sent to the IGCA team with the certificate reference and website address. The public verification page displays registry information, not a full audit report.
Request information
Explain the information you need and identify the specific operator or certificate. Do not send account passwords, payment credentials or unrelated personal documents through the contact form.
Assessment scope and supporting material
Any discussion of testing or assessment should identify the product, service, version, period and organization concerned. A general certificate page does not disclose the detailed procedures, samples or findings of a technical assessment. Requests for such material should state the purpose and the relevant certificate reference.
Interpreting public information
Do not infer game authenticity, RNG certification or a complete compliance assessment from a seal image alone. Where a claim requires a particular report, verify the report issuer, its scope and the relationship to the operator or product in question. The IGCA contact channel can be used to ask what information is available for a specific record.
